
Phil Cooper
Phil Cooper joined the Refugee Forum as Media Officer in 2006. An award-winning professional journalist and former editor of a national magazine, Phil has been successful in achieving positive publicity for both the Forum and many local RCOs.
David Kwesi Ghartey-Tagoe
David joined Hammersmith and Fulham Refugee Forum in September 2006 as the Media Project Volunteer working closely with the Media Officer. In October 2008 he was appointed the Information Officer to manage the Information Project. David has been working closely with 33 refugee community organisations in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough. His main responsibility is managing and developing all information exchange and dissemination systems and publicity for HFRF with the aim of improving the information access of refugee community organisations. David Holds a Masters degree and certificates in Journalism and he is very passionate at what he does. He is married with three children.
Emad Al-Hamadani

Emad is responsible for the daily running of Hammersmith and Fulham Refugee Forum (HFRF), with responsibility for the administration, finance and development of the organisation. Further, Emad's aims and objectives include developing the voice and sustainability of the refugee community organisations in Hammersmith and Fulham.
