  • Phil Cooper

    Phil Cooper joined the Refugee Forum as Media Officer in 2006. An award-winning professional journalist and former editor of a national monthly magazine in the field of local government, Phil has also worked as a professional lobbyist and as a public relations consultant for national companies and a non-departmental government body. He has been successful in achieving positive publicity in local and national media for both the Forum and many local RCOs. He is married with two children.

  • Abraham Teklamariam (Volunteer)

    Abraham is a former co-ordinator of RASC and a long-serving trustee of Hammersmith and Fulham Refugee Forum.

  • David Kwesi Ghartey-Tagoe (Volunteer)

    David joined Hammersmith and Fulham Refugee Forum in September 2006 as the Media Project Volunteer working closely with the Media Officer. In October 2008 he was appointed the Information Officer to manage the Information Project. David has worked closely with the refugee community organisations in Hammersmith and Fulham borough. He left the Forum in 2010 to work for a year in Ghana helping to establish community radio stations. Upon his return since June 2012 he acts as a volunteer for the Refugee Forum. David holds a Masters degree and certificates in journalism. He is married with three children.
